Brandon arrived early, spent time to diagnose the issue with our heater and got our heat going all within his initial visit. He also crawled under the house to make sure there were no problems with out ducking- and extra step to make sure we had the best information available! the price of the visit was also very reasonable.

We loved our experience with KC Home Service! We were in need of a plumber on a holiday, the absolute worst possible time. They not only came out and fixed the issue but they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was better than before. Specifically want to call out Virginia in the office, who helped coordinate the technician and make sure everything happened on time, and Bo, our service technician, who stayed late and made sure all the work got done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future!

KC sent a plumber out within one hour of my call - my hot water heater was leaking. Bo was amazing, he could see how stressed out I was and was very reassuring. He discovered the problem and coordinated services with their electrician and air duct guys. Luis came out within a few hours and also was also extremely professional and said he would come in on Saturday to install a new furnace. I highly recommend KC Home Services
